Somehow I missed the May, June and July updates. I know how it happened, but I won't bore you with details. Here's some updates now! Fruit Update: Since the debut of Final Fruit, we live, eat and breath FINAL FRUIT. The feedback has been tremendously positive, and folks seem to be very happy with Steve's Final Fruit (which is more like artwork). The most common request was to add a 4th Final Fruit to match Clementine, Lime, & Standard Lemon. So you talked, we listened; Adorable Apricot is the newest member of the Final Fruit Fam! Check it out here Final Fruit Apricot Steve has also been working on a new kind of Final Fruit - The Cantaloupe. This is a monster melon and best for Final Loads! They will be offered in two different sizes. Keep watch for the next update, or text Jen for more info (302) 497-3115. Wood Goods Update: Humidity sucks. Seriously, try stepping out of the shower and pulling trouser socks on smoothly! Humidity has a direct affect on our production - especially of wood goods. Good news though, we do have a wish list, and many of you are on it! If you're not sure if we connected yet, just send Jen a text and get your name on the wish list. (302) 497-3115. Comedy Legs tables - all parts are procured! Also, Die boxes are cut, and prepared. Wood prices are coming down a little and sometime in the next 8 weeks the humidity will subside. Steve will be giving the word on availability soon. Those on the wish list will have first dibs when available. Conventions: YES! We are on for Magic conventions! So far, first up is the Winter Carnival of Magic in March 2022, Tennessee. Shout out to Daniel Herron of Ring 58 who has gone above and beyond to address my every concern and graciously welcomed us with open arms. This looks like it will be a magic convention for the ages, as they say and we're excited to be a part of it. Unfortunately, we are likely not attending any magic conventions until 2022! Steve's Santa gigs start booking around Thanksgiving, & we're limited on time to produce enough goods to keep the online store stocked, as well as extra goods for conventions. One last thing for our customers who already own Final Fruit. The care guide we send with Final Fruit has been updated to add a tidbit of info we discovered. Our Final Fruit in general has a tackiness to it. Some of you love that aspect! The material is tacky to the touch when first used. Over time this tacky feel will go away as the fruit picks up oils from your hands, fine particles of dust, etc. If you wash the fruit lightly the tack returns. For those who do not want to experience the tack at all, and may perhaps not have time to handle the fruit enough to cut the tack, we found NU FINISH (from AutoZone) applied directly to the fruit with a cotton ball will remove tack. I cannot say if this is easily removed, so I wouldn't suggest to use this method unless you're in need of slick fruit. All the best to you and yours! We appreciate the business, and the friendship!
