Explanation of return policy: Because every Steve Myers Magic prop is hand-crafted in small batches and many items involve proprietary methods all sales are final. No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped.

Exceptions: Damage during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item. If shipping damage is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.
